MOLD DEVELOPMENT

Mold development will be proceed after got your approval of 2D 3D drawings, it will take around 30-40 days to finish the mold and T-1 samples.

We usd S136 & NAK80 steel for the mold cavities, #45 steel for the mold base to ensure the quality and working life.

Automatic machining center to produce the mold accurately with deep processing of electric spark, we make sure all the details on the product to be presented accurately.

Sampling

Fairy Beauty develop perfume packaging project with kinds of sample providing, we are providing free sample for quality checking, decorations confirming, and collocation. For customization project, we provide mock-up, first testing sample, pre-production sample, inspection sample, pre-shipment sample for overall quality control.

Testing
